How to use

Shake before using. Apply the product, using just enough to cover the desired area. Do not apply the product excessively and keep the room ventilated. Wash your hands with soap and water after application.

You can use up 35ml for each square meter (10.7 square foot)

Important Information

The wash can be cold or up to 60°C (140°F). The application using warm water allows a more efficient treatment since it makes easier for the product to penetrate the entire textile fibers. The time of soaking in which the fabric is in contact with the reagents is important directly interfering in the quality and efficiency of the final application, so make sure it will be at least 30 minutes. You shall never rinse after applying the treatment before drying it completely. The treatment performed in a clothes sink or washing machine, called treatment by immersion, generates a long-lasting effect remaining in the fabrics and surfaces for up to 50 ordinary domestic washes (water, neutral soap/detergent and softener) since it involves the whole of textile fibers (front, back and interstices), gradually losing its efficiency after each wash, depending on the amount of product applied and the type of fabric (natural or synthetic). The treatment can be tested and certified by chromatographic analysis of the active principle present in the textiles.

Using less water to dilute the AYA MICROBAC LAUNDRY in the bucket or washing machine may render stains on fabrics and clothes. Usually you will be able to remove the stains washing them again, anyway it is always recommended to use more water than less as the efficiency does not depends on the volume of water but the volume of clothes. Trying to treat more clothes than recommended by the product’s directions and/or reuse the water of one treatment to treat more fabric will result in poor or no treatment at all since the quantity of product recommended is calculated by the weight of fabric and not the amount of water used to dilute it.

Weaving and Laundry: how to prepare fabrics for product application

Weigh the dry clothes to be treated and write the weight down.
Wash fabrics with mild soap to make them clean and remove dirt and formaldehyde or silicone residues that are normally present in new clothes (not yet washed).
Do not mix white clothes with colored and strong colors ones. Separating them by color will avoid stains.

Application in bucket or cloth washing sink

After preparing the fabrics, fill in a bucket or cloth washing sink with approximately 5 to 10 liters (1.3 to 2.6 gallon) of warm water (approximately 40oC / 104oF).

Add 200ml (6.7 oz) of MICROBAC LAUNDRY for every 1 kg of dry clothes, pre-weighed. Mix well. Add the pre-weighed clothes and stir well. Do not mix together white clothes, bland colored and strong colored ones.

Make sure there is enough water to cover all the pieces, if necessary add more water to the mix, soak for 40 to 90 minutes, twist or spin the pieces of clothing.

DO NOT RINSE under any circumstances! This is very important for treatment fixation. Dry the parts as you prefer, in a dryer, in the sun or shade. If you use cold water in the mixture instead of warm water, duplicate soaking time.
Do not rinse since the treatment needs a fixation timing to do the cross link and remain in the fabric, the treatment will only adhere to the fibers after the complete drying of the treated clothes. Fabrics with silicone or carbon fluoride treatments can stain so it is necessary that the fabrics have been previously washed if they are new.

Clothes can be ironed, just don’t rinse before drying.

Application in semi automatic washing machines

After the preparation of the fabrics/clothes, fill the semiautomatic washing machine with 5 to 10 liters (1.3 to 2.6 gallon) of warm water (approximately 40oC / 104oF).
Add 200ml (6.7 oz) of MICROBAC LAUNDRY for every 1 kg of dry clothes, pre-weighed. Mix well. Add the pre-weighed clothes and stir well. Do not mix together white clothes, bland colored and strong colored ones. Let it beat and soak for 40 to 90 minutes, centrifuge or twist the clothes without rinsing and dry in the dryer, in the sun or shade, as you prefer.

DO NOT RINSE under any circumstances! Dry the parts as you prefer, in a dryer or in the sun or shade. If you use cold water in the mixture instead of warm water, duplicate soaking time.

Do not rinse since the treatment needs a fixation period for effect the cross link and remain in the fabric. The treatment will only be adhered to the fibers after their complete drying in the treated clothes. Fabrics with silicone or carbon fluoride treatments can stain so it is necessary that the fabrics have been washed before if they are new.

Clothes can be ironed, just don’t rinse before drying.

Application in generic washing machines

After the preparation of the fabrics/clothes, fill the washing machine with water, approximately 5 to 10 liters (1.3 to 2.6 gallon) of warm water (approximately 40oC / 104oF).
Add 200ml (6.7 oz) of MICROBAC LAUNDRY for every 1 kg of dry clothes, pre-weighed. Mix well. Add the pre-weighed clothes and stir well. Do not mix together white clothes, bland colored and strong colored ones. Each machine has an operation way, Microbac can be added to the soap dispenser, as long as it reaches the clothes. Fill the machine with water and leave it to soak or beat cycle, this cycle must be at least 40-90 minutes. DON’T RINSE, skip the rinse cycle and go straight to the spin cycle. After centrifugation, dry the clothes without rinsing, they can be dried in the dryer, in the sun or shade, as you prefer.

Technical information
In electrostatic application, nano particles are charged electrically and attracted to tissues and surfaces, as the second basic law of electrostatics already describes: charging a charged body or cloud of charged particles will induce an equal and opposite electrical charge on some other grounded conductive body thus forming flow lines similar to the lines of the poles of a magnet. The force of attraction of a charged particle to the surface or fabric is composed of two parts. The first is due to the attraction action created by the electrostatic field of the particle itself in relation to its approximation of the surface or fabric. The second part is the action of the electrostatic field forces and the cloud of particles created by the spray nozzle over the field of charge of the drop. If the electric fields are directed to the fabric or surface, the droplets will project onto its surface.
